Return & Refund Policy
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds if customers receive an incorrect or damaged item. If this happens, please contact us by email at Support@metaaios.com and provide photos of the incorrect/damaged item, and we'll process your order. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? We currently don't offer these exchanges. If you're unsure which size will fit you best, please check our size chart—each item listed in our store has a size chart, which is noted in the product description. It's possible that your order may have been mislabeled. In this rare case, please notify us by emailing Support@metaaios.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll ship you a replacement item or refund your money.

Return Policy
Any claims due to misprints, damaged, or defective merchandise must be submitted within two weeks of receiving the merchandise. All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within two weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will cover any costs associated with claims resulting from our errors. If you discover any other issues with your product or order, please email us at Support@metaaios.com.
It is always best to contact us before returning any product.

Incorrect Address - If the address you provide is deemed incomplete by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our delivery address. Once we confirm the updated address with you (if applicable), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (if applicable).
No refunds will be given for buyer's regret orders. Returns and size exchanges are at your own expense.
Notice to EU Consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
1. Goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Accordingly, TasteAtlas reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translation for any purpose.
